We are often asked these questions:
Are your watches under warranty?
Yes, all our Seiko Mod watches are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong, we are here to fix it. The warranty covers material and assembly defects. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear, or modification carried out by a third party. To activate the warranty, contact us with your proof of purchase within 14 days of noticing the defect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Are the watches water-resistant?
By default, all our watches resist splashes and hand washing, water resistance that is sufficient for normal everyday use.
We recommend removing the watch before showering or swimming. If you would like enhanced protection, we offer a 5 ATM water-resistance option available at checkout (+€14.99), which lets you wear your watch in the shower and during light water activities.
What types of modifications do you offer?
Our Seiko Mods are fully customizable from A to Z: case, dial, hand color, strap type (Oyster steel, Jubilee, rubber or silicone), bezel, and even your logo or an image engraved on the dial, a service very few creators offer. Everything is created directly on our configurator online, or through an exchange with us by email or Instagram for more complex projects.
How can I be sure of the quality of your work?
Each Seiko Mod watch is hand-assembled in France, with authentic Seiko movements and premium components selected one by one.
Each piece is regulated and inspected before shipping. We also provide responsive customer support: if you have any question before, during or after your order, we are reachable by email and on Instagram. 2-year warranty included on all watches.
How can I customize my watch?
You have two options:
1. Use our online configurator to create your custom Seiko Mod from A to Z: case, dial, hands, strap, engraving, logo.
2. Choose a model already offered on our site and contact us by email, Instagram or chat to tell us your modifications.
In both cases, we design the ideal watch together according to your wishes.
How long does it take to receive my watch?
Each watch is made to order, specifically for you, in France. Allow about 2 weeks between your order and shipping, the time needed to assemble, regulate and inspect your unique piece.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email with the parcel number. We ship within France and worldwide.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Whether you are in Europe, the Americas, Asia or elsewhere, your Seiko Mod watch will be shipped to you with care, with a tracking number. Delivery times vary by destination: allow about 2 weeks for production, then transit time depending on your country.
Is a Seiko Mod legal?
Yes, absolutely. A Seiko Mod is a custom creation assembled around an authentic Seiko movement; it is neither a counterfeit nor a product of the Seiko brand.
We use original movements and components, and each watch is clearly identified as a Time2Seiko creation, not affiliated with Seiko. We answered this question in detail in our article.
What is the difference between NH35, NH38 and NH70?
These three automatic Seiko movements correspond to different experiences. The NH35 is the standard movement with date, reliable and versatile; it powers our SEIKOMARINER, SEIKOJUST, SEIKOAK and SEIKOLUS Classic lines.
The NH38 is identical but without a date, which allows a fully open dial for the open heart; it is the movement in our SEIKOLUS Open Heart.
The NH70 is the skeleton version: the movement is fully openworked to be visible through the dial; it is the heart of our SEIKOAK Skeleton. To learn everything, here is the article to read.
