Products:
- The watches offered are unique creations, hand-assembled with quality parts.
- Each model can be customized according to the customer's preferences, which results in delivery times of approximately 2 weeks depending on the requested modifications.

Prices:
- The prices shown on the site are in euros (€) and include all taxes (incl. VAT). Delivery is free worldwide.
- BECOM reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment:
- Payments can be made through secure methods such as [list of available payment methods, e.g. credit cards, etc.].
- Payment data is not retained by Time2Seiko (BECOM); it is processed directly by the payment services.

Delivery:
- Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
- Delivery times are approximately 2 weeks.

Return and Refund:
- Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in the event of an error by Time2Seiko.
- Our watches are warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only material and manufacturing defects. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear, or any alteration carried out by an unauthorized third party.
- To benefit from the warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service within 14 days of discovering the defect. Shipping costs for repairs under warranty are borne by the customer.

Brand and independence:
- The watches offered are custom modifications (“mods”), hand-assembled by Time2Seiko from movements and parts of various origins. They are independent creations: they are not manufactured, authorized, endorsed by, or affiliated with Seiko.
- The “Seiko” trademark, as well as any other brands that may be mentioned, remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only, in order to identify the components used.
- Seiko provides no warranty for these watches. Warranty and after-sales service are handled exclusively by Time2Seiko, under the conditions described above.
